Johan St\u00e5hlberg<\/strong>\u00a0is a European Patent Attorney and an Authorized Patent Attorney in Sweden.<\/p>\n

Johan has a master\u2019s degree (M. Sc.) in Engineering Physics from Lund Institute of Technology, Sweden. Before entering the IP field, Johan worked with software development for real-time systems and PCs, project management as well as providing technical support for the marketing and sales of consumer electronics. Moreover, Johan has experience from research and development of lithography systems for silicon wafers. Since 2004, Johan has worked with patents and completed the EQE-exam in 2010.<\/p>\n

Johan joined Nor\u00e9ns in 2023 and assists clients with a wide range of patent services, including drafting and prosecution of patent applications, and patentability analyses. He also performs infringement analyses, FTO-investigations and oppositions. Johan also supports investors in due-diligence to evaluate patent portfolios. Johan works within the fields of IT\/telecom, physics and mechanics, such as blockchain technology, AI, neural networks, cloud software for e.g. orchestration, medical devices, LCDs, door lock arrangements, lifting devices, battery systems, and control systems.<\/p>\n

Johan is a partner and chairman of the board at Nor\u00e9ns.<\/p>\n
